On the road to the lake

Richland sits where the interstate corridor hands off to the lake, spread across a corner of ground where county lines meet and Highway 7 runs north toward Macks Creek and the bottom of the Niangua arm. A great many people pass through it on the way to the water in July. We stop in it in November.

The houses here are the kind we enjoy working on: settled, generously spaced, with real yards and grown trees rather than tight lots and thin saplings. A cleanly traced roofline in warm white and one properly wrapped tree at the front of a lot like that will out-perform a far bigger budget spent badly on a smaller property.

Richland is quoted the way everything else we do is quoted: one number covering the design, commercial-grade lights cut to your house, installation, care through December, takedown in January, and labeled storage until next season. No travel line, no distance surcharge, and no boxes handed back to you in the spring.

If you are not home when we are

You do not have to be. Photographs and an address are enough to quote from, we can install midweek while the house is empty, and we will send a picture the first evening it is lit so you know exactly what you paid for.

Nor do you need to be there in January. The crew comes back through, takes everything down, coils and labels it by elevation, and carries it away to storage. There is no afternoon in February spent working out which tangle came off which gable, and nothing of ours left occupying a corner of your garage until next November.
