The quiet end
Climax Springs sits at the far western end of the lake where development thins out and properties get genuinely private. Houses here are frequently down long drives with water behind them, which puts most of the design weight on the approach and the lakeside elevation rather than the road face.
Lighting a private property
With no neighbors to sit beside, the display works entirely on its own terms. A traced roofline, a wrapped tree at the turn of the drive, and a dock line on the water is a complete composition — and the reflection does half the work for free.
On the route regardless
The west end is a longer drive for us and that is our cost, not yours. Climax Springs and the western coves are on the schedule all season, repairs included.
