Light that fits the neighborhood’s standard

The Village of Four Seasons — and the wider Four Seasons area around it — was laid out on purpose. Golf threading between the streets, marinas tucked into the coves of Horseshoe Bend, greenways and trails connecting it all. People choose the Village because it holds a standard, and December shouldn’t be the month that standard slips.

Our designs here stay inside the community’s character: warm white as the default, clean architectural lines over novelty, landscape lighting that flatters the plantings the groundskeepers already care for. The result reads as elegant from the street, from the fairway behind the house, and — for waterfront lots — from the cove.

How we work inside the Village

• We coordinate directly with your HOA or property manager on guidelines, palettes, and approved install dates — you never referee that conversation.
• Crews arrive scheduled and badged-in where required, park considerately, and leave the lot as they found it. Quiet streets stay quiet.
• Designs account for both faces of the home: the entry the neighbors see and the lake or golf view behind it.
• Dock and seawall runs use wet-location-rated hardware, planned around your shore power.
• Takedown lands in January on the community’s schedule, and every strand goes into labeled storage — not your garage.

Second homes are our first language

A large share of Four Seasons homes are second homes, and our whole service is shaped around that. Photos and an address get you a full quote. We install while you’re in the city, test everything at dusk, and text you the picture that night. When you pull in for the holidays — golf clubs still in the trunk — the house is already doing its part.

The 2026 calendar is open now. Horseshoe Bend installs are among the first to fill each fall, so a summer call is the reliable way to hold your week.
