Porto Cima occupies its stretch of Shawnee Bend with a certain reserve — signature golf along the water, stone entries, homes designed as carefully as anything at the lake. Holiday lighting here shouldn’t shout. It should do what the community itself does: hold a high standard without visible effort.

Our Porto Cima work leans on restraint. Warm white along the strong lines of the architecture. Entries and gateposts lit so arrival feels composed. Docks traced cleanly so the shoreline reads as one deliberate composition from the water. Nothing inflatable, nothing blinking, nothing that would look out of place beside the fairways.

How it works behind the gates

• Gate access is coordinated in advance — with you, your property manager, or the association — so crews arrive expected, never improvising at the gatehouse.
• Install visits are scheduled to the day, and our people work quietly and clean up completely. Most neighbors only notice the result.
• Designs are drawn for both approaches: the drive your guests use and the water your neighbors see.
• If weather takes a section out mid-season, one call has it corrected — care is built into every Porto Cima quote.
• January takedown is silent and total: lights coiled, labeled by elevation, and stored off-site until next year.

Many Porto Cima owners split their year between the lake and the city, so the whole engagement can happen remotely. Photos and the street are enough for an accurate quote. We install midweek, test after dark, and send you the finished view that same night. When you come across the Community Bridge for the holidays, the house — and the dock below it — are already glowing.

We take a limited number of estate installs each season so that every one gets the crew time it deserves. If Porto Cima is on your calendar for December 2026, it should be on ours by the end of summer.
