A concierge approach

The lake does winter beautifully. Your home should, too.

We design and hang professional-grade lighting for lake homes from the Bagnell Dam Strip to the quiet coves past Sunrise Beach. One conversation in the fall; a finished, glowing home every evening after. In January we return, take it all down, and store it.

Services

Everything between October and January, handled.

One quote covers the season. You choose the look; we carry the ladders.

01

Design & custom fit

No two rooflines on this lake match, and the good designs respect that. We plan around your peaks, dormers, stone, and sightlines from the water, then cut every run of lighting to the exact foot.

02

Residential installation

Careful crews, proper anchors, clean lines. Rooflines, gables, columns, wrapped trees, and lit entries — installed in a scheduled window and tested that same evening.

03

Dock & shoreline lighting

The signature of a lake install. Dock posts, rails, and seawall edges traced in warm white, planned around your shore power — so the house glows twice: once on the hill, once on the water.

04

Commercial & marina

Restaurants, resorts, storefronts, marinas, and community entrances. Designs that read from the road and from the channel, installed around your business hours.

05

Takedown & storage

In January we remove everything, coil and label it by elevation, and store it for you. Nothing in your garage, nothing left on the roof, nothing to remember.

06

Season care

Wind happens at the lake. If a section goes dark or a line drops mid-season, call us and we come back and make it right — that service is part of the price, not an add-on.

Service area

The whole lake. One shoreline.

Main channel, back cove, arm or golf course — if the house is at the lake, it’s in our area. Choose your community for local detail.

Quiet confidence, start to finish.

Licensed & insured

Steep rooflines over water are no place for guesswork. Our crews are insured, equipped, and trained for exactly this work — you never lend a ladder.

Commercial-grade, custom-cut

We don’t hang store-bought strands. Every run is commercial LED, cut to your home’s measurements, with hidden wiring and clean terminations.

Install, takedown & storage in one

Your quote covers the whole season. We hang it, we maintain it, we remove it in January, and we store it — one number, no surprises in the spring.

Season-long care

If wind off the water takes a section out, we return and make it right. A dark stretch of roofline never waits for a service ticket.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

How is pricing set for a lakefront home?

By the design, not a flat menu. We measure the rooflines, peaks, and any dock or seawall runs you want lit, then quote the whole season — install, the lights themselves, takedown, and storage — as one number. Photos are usually enough for an accurate quote without a site visit.

Do you light docks and seawalls too?

Yes — for many lake homes the dock is the best part of the design, because it doubles on the water. We use wet-location-rated hardware on dock posts, rails, and seawall edges, and we plan around your shore power.

We’re only at the lake some weekends. Do we need to be there?

No. Most of our clients are second-home owners. Send a few photos and your address or mile marker, and we can quote, install, and send you pictures the evening it’s first lit. You arrive for the holidays; the house is already glowing.

Who owns the lights?

We provide commercial-grade LED lighting, custom-cut to your home, as part of the service. You’re never asked to shop for lights, untangle anything, or store a single strand.

When should we book for the 2026 season?

Now, honestly. Installs begin in October and run into December, and lakefront calendars fill early — waterfront installs take longer than subdivision work, so we cap how many we accept. Booking in summer secures the install window you want.

What happens in January?

We come back, take everything down carefully, label it by elevation, and store it. There’s nothing in your garage in February and nothing on your roof in March.

Can you work inside gated and HOA communities?

Yes. We regularly coordinate gate access and follow community guidelines in places like Porto Cima and the Village of Four Seasons, and we’re happy to work directly with your HOA on approved colors and dates.

Do you handle commercial properties?

We do — marinas, restaurants, resorts, storefronts, and community entrances across the lake area. Commercial designs are quoted the same way: one number covering design, installation, takedown, and storage.

One call now reserves your install window for the 2026 season. Lakefront calendars fill before the leaves turn — takedown in January is already included.
